Dr. Michael Boggess, M.D.
Dr. Boggess began his academic journey at the University of Kentucky (UK) in Lexington, where he earned a bachelor of science in 1991. He remained there, earning academic scholarships and his medical degree from the UK College of Medicine in 1995. There, he completed his General Surgery internship and a four-year residency in Otolaryngology/Head and Neck Surgery. In addition, he was inducted into the Alpha Omega Alpha Honor Medical Society, received the Merck Manual Award for academic excellence and served as chief resident his final year. Dr. Boggess is certified by the American Board of Otolaryngology/Head and Neck Surgery.
